6.1.4 Test foods

• Foods in this cooking table are prepared
according to the EN 60350-1 standard to
facilitate testing of the product for con-
trol institutes.
• Depending on the thickness of the pieces
to be grilled, the cooking times given in
the table may vary.
• Slide the wire grill or the wire grill tray to
the desired level in the oven. If you are
cooking on the wire grill, slide the oven
tray to the lower shelf to collect the oils.
The oven tray you will slide should be
sized to cover the entire grill area. This
tray may not be supplied with the
product. Put some water into the oven
tray for easy cleaning.
