When the cassette deck is connected to the TAPE 2/
ADAPTOR jacks, be sure to set the TAPE 2 /ADAPTOR
selector to the TAPE 2 position.

To compensate the sound for general home use

Press the EQUALIZER key.
rTo compensate the sound for use in a car or with
stereo headphones.
Press the EQUALIZER key.
2 Select a desired equalizer pattern.
Select a desired equalizer pattern from among the MAN UAL and
REFERENCE preset equalizer patterns. See page 14, 15.
You can also create an equalizer pattern of your own. See page
3 Start recording.
