3.4.2.6.1 - Password Edit – Setting the Password
You control access to the Parental Control features with a password. The default password is
"0000". You can change the password to any four-digit number.
To change the password:
1. Press the TV component button.
2. Press the MENU button on the remote control and
the Main Menu will be displayed on the screen.
3. Press until the Parental Controls menu is
highlighted. Then press ENTER.
4. Press until the Password Edit is highlighted.
5. Press the button to select Password Edit.
6. Enter your old password.
7. Then enter your new password.
8. Enter the new password again in the Confirm area.
9. Press the ENTER button repeatedly to exit the OSD.
Note: Please make sure to write down and store the new password in a secured place. The
Factory Reset option in the General Settings menu does not reset the password.
3.4.2.7 – General Settings
Menu Position – Changes the OSD
horizontal/vertical position adjustment.
Menu Timeout – Adjusts the time to turn OFF the
OSD.
Language – Changes the OSD language.
Sleep Timer – Sets the sleep timer in 30 minute
increments
Transparency - Sets OSD transparency level.
DPMS - Selects DPMS On/Off
System Info – Displays the input source, type and
signal.
Factory Reset – Restores the LCD TV back to
factory default settings.
