4. Move the throttle lever slightly to the left.

5. Pull the starter grip lightly until you feel resistance, and then pull briskly in the
direction of the arrow as shown below.
CAUTION:
Do not allow the starter grip to snap back against the engine.
Return it gently to prevent damage to the starter.
