Attach the stickers to the speaker cords.
O - _) : Attach stickers 1 to 4 to the cords of the 4 small speakers
(2 x front and 2 x surround: SB-AFCS0).
(_) : Attach sticker 5 to the cord of the medium-sized speaker
(canter speaker:. SB-AFC285).
_) : Attach sticker 6 to the cord of the large speaker
(subwoofer: SB-W80).

(_-_) : Position the speakers as indicated in the diagram using
the stickers as a guide.
The four small speakers and the medium speaker can be set-up
either standing or lying down. Attach these robber feet to prevent
vibration causing the speakers to move or fall over.

at approximately the same distance from the listening
position. The angles in the diagram are approximate.
• Place the front left and right speakers ((_), (_)) either side of
the television.
a Place the center speaker ((_)) directly above the television.
a Place the surround speakers ((_), (_) either aide of the
listening position, or slightly to the rear, about 1 meter
(3 feet) higher than ear level.
• The subwoofer ((_) can be placed anywhere as long as it is
not too far from the television.

If you are unable to position the surround speakers as
recommended,you can put them near the front speakersand still
achievea surround-like effect(-_ =Virtualrear surround',page 33).

Speakers cords
• Connect the cords so the numbers on the stickers
match the numbers under the terminals.
• Connect the gray cords with the blue stripe _ to
the blue terminals.
• Connect the gray cords without stripes _) to the
gray terminals.
• Connect the subwoofar's ted cord to the red
terminal (_ and the black cord to the black
terminal O-
• Ensure the wires of the cords are fully inserted so
they do not touch each other and shod circuit.

After you have completed set-up and connection, wind the excess cord and keep together with string.
