With this system, you can only play dis_ having.these marks.
However, do not use irregular shaped discs. Discs of this sort can
damage the unit.
] Handling precautions
• If you are taking the disc from a cold to a warm environment,
moisture may form on the disc. Wipe with a soft, dry lintfree cloth
before using the disc.
• Do not write on the label side with a bell-point or other writing
instrument.
• Do not use record cleaning sprays, benzine, thinner, static
electricity prevention liquids or any other solvent.
• Do not attach labels or stickers to discs. (Do not use discs with
exposed adhesive from tape or left over peeled off stickers.)
• Do not use scratch-proof protectors or cover than those specified
for use with this system•
• Do not use discs printed with label printers available on the
market.
I Storage precautions ]
Be sure to store discs in their cases to protect them from dust,
scratches, andwarping.
Do not place or store discs in the following places
• Locations exposed to direct sunlight
• Humid or dusty locations
• Locations directly exposed to a heat vent or heating appliance
• In the glove compartment or on the rear deck of an automobile
] To prevent damage I
Always observe the following points.
• Load only I disc per tray•
• Load discs as shown in figure.
• The adaptor is not needed with 8 cm discs (singles)•
• Set the system on a fiat, level surface.
DO not sot it on top of magazines, inclined surfaces, etc.
• DO not move the system while trays are opening/closing, or
when loaded.
• DO not put anything except discs in trays.
• DO not use cleaning discs or discs which are badly warped or
crocked.
• Do not use discs with poody attached labels or stickers.
Adhesive protruding from underneath stickers or left over from
peeled off stickers can cause your stereo to malfunction.
• DO not use irregular shaped discs.
Remove all discs.
Press [POWER] to turn the unit off.
