Crush hazard for hands and feet during assembly work and when closing the roller cabinet.

Wear foot protection and safety gloves.

Make sure it is standing securely.

Before starting work, apply the parking brakes on the castors.

Assembly of the roller cabinet is a two-person job.

6.1.
ATTACHING THE ROLLERS

To avoid damaging the visual appearance of the product, use the cardboard packaging as an underlay.

ü Align the transport packaging with the arrow facing upwards and remove it. Remove the storage surface, if necessary.
1. Open roller cabinet.

2. Remove all castors/wheels and cross-beam from base tray of roller cabinet.
3. Close roller cabinet.
4. Lock central locking, pull out key.

5. Stand roller cabinet on its head.
6. Using a spanner, fasten two castors to the casing, each with an M12x25 hex screw and an M12 plain washer.
7. Using a spanner, fasten two fixed wheels to the cross-beam, each with an M12 nut and an M12 plain washer.

8. Fasten the cross-beam with the fixed wheels attached to the casing using 4x M8x15 hex screws and 4x M8 plain wash-
ers.
9. Turn the roller cabinet over onto its assembled castors/wheels.

10. Lock the castors by applying the parking brake.
11. Install the storage surface.

ATTACHING THE SLOTTED PARTITIONS

1. Position the slotted partitions in the drawer
2. Attach the slotted partitions from below using the supplied screws and nuts.

OPENING THE ROLLER CABINET

1. Unlock the central locking (3).
2. Push both release levers (2) outwards.

3. Press cover (9) downwards.

The gas pressure springs of the telescopic columns (7) lift the cover (9) and the two storage trays (8) upwards.
