SNAPSHOT RECORDING
Press SNAPSHOT.
• Regardless
of the Power Switch
position
("AUTO"
or "PRO."),
Snapshot
recording
takes [)lace using
tile selected
Snapshot
mr)de.
• A still image
is recorded
onto the tape and into the
camcorder's
built-in
memory.
• First there
is a momentary
camera
shutter-type
blacl<out
together
with the sound
effect
of a shutter
closing,
then
a still image
appears.
The scene
you
are currently
aimed
at starts
in the center
of a black
screen
and
wipes
in toward
the corners.
The screen
changes
as shown
in the
illustrations
(Z)
to 6) and the screens
_
to _) are recorded
onto
the
tape in the selected
mode.
Only
the still image _
is
stored
in the built-in
memory
in the selected
mode,
then the camcorder
resumes
normal
recording.
If you press
during
Record-Standby
mode...
.... the screens
(L) to _%) are recorded
onto
the tape
in
tile selected
Fnode.
Then
the camcorder
re-enters
the
Record-Standby
Fnode.
NOTES:
• When
the remaining
number
indicator

(blinking),
the still image
will be recorded
onto
the tape

memory,
lt you wish to store a still
image in the built-in
memory,

can be switched
