STEP 7
Assemble the Roof Frame
7.1 Using 1 1/2˝ x 2 1/2˝ pressure-treated lumber, cut four rafters 2'-1/2˝ long and four rafters 5´ long
according to the dimensions in drawings below.
7.2 Using 1 1/2˝ x 1 1/2˝ pressure-treated lumber, cut four collar ties 1´-8˝ long according to the
dimensions in drawings below.
7.3 Using 1 1/2˝ x 2 1/2˝ pressure-treated board, cut three boards 1´-2˝ long that will be ridge boards
according to the illustration below.
7.4 Connect the beams with 3˝ wood screws.
