Do not ship damaged devices by air.
SERVICING
Do not attempt to repair the device yourself, as this will void
any warranty. There are no user-serviceable parts. Please see
the warranty section for service.
REPLACEMENT AND
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Limited One-Year Warranty: Nu Skin guarantees your
device to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of one year from the original date of consumer
purchase. This warranty does not cover damage to the
product due to misuse or accident, including dropping the
device. If the product becomes defective within the one-year
warranty period, please call your local Nu Skin Support
Services to arrange for a replacement.
If your device has been discontinued, Nu Skin may replace
your device with a new product which meets or exceeds the
specifications and performance of your device. In such cases,
Nu Skin may require you to top up the price difference
between your device and the new product.
Your market may offer extended warranty coverage on your
locally purchased device. Please visit your local Nu Skin
website or contact your local Nu Skin Support Services for
