STEP 13
Assemble The Litter Tray
13.1 Assemble the litter tray using 3/4" x 1 1/2", 3/4" x 2 1/4" pressure-treated material and 5/8"
plywood. You will need two boards cut to 6', one board cut to 2'-11 3/4" and one board cut to 2'-9 3/4".
Assemble the frame and put the 2'-11 1/4" x 6' plywood sheet at the bottom. Finish the tray installation by
attaching 6" door pull.
13.2 Connect the beams and plywood with 2" wood screws.
13.3 Using 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" pressure-treated material prepare and install litter tray guid.
You will need to cut one board to 5'-5".
