NOTE ON REMOVAL AND REASSEMBLY
•With the engine mounted, the following parts can be removed.
•Before servicing, clean the parts, and take care so that foreign material do not enter the
crankcase.
•Remove the gasket adhered on the contacting surface.
•Take care not to scratch the contacting surface when removing the cylinder and cylinder
head.
•Take care not no scractch the cylinder and piston surface.
•For reassembly, the removed parts should be cleaned with solvent, and apply the two-
cycle outboard oil onto the sliding surface.
