•Lock nut®
N O T E = - - - - - - - - - - -
•Apply the Water resistant grease on the
handle column pivot.
•Hold the nut with one wrench while tight-
ening the lock nut.
Coat the handle column bolt with LOCTITE
(572).
Nut:
1 Nm (0.1 m·kg, 0.7 ft-lb)
Lock nut:
29 Nm (2.9 m·kg, 21 fNb)
7. Connect:
•Clamp G)
•Cable clamp @
•Cable joint @
•Band@
N O T E : - - - - - - - - - - -
•Apply the Water resistant grease on the
cable joint.
•Pass the throttle cable and switch lead
into the clamp.
