If the power is turned on while the [TEMPO] button and the [CUE/LOOP CALL c] button is pressed simultaneously,
[SERVICE MODE] will be displayed on the LCD display indicating that the service mode has started.
(Please continue pushing until "Pioneer LOGO" screen disappears.)
In this mode, if you press the TAG-TRACK button to scroll, the display will change as follows.
You can scroll back with the BACK button.

The version number of CPU/microcomputer carried in this machine is displayed.
The MAC Address of Ethernet built in this unit, destination code (DESTINATION)
and serial number (SN) are also displayed.
MAIN : The CPU which controls a main

: The CPU which controls a LCD display
PANEL : The microcomputer which controls a button input.
DSP
: Audio DSP
DRIVE : The controller which controls a disc drive.
The 16 error codes recorded in the past are divided into two screens and displayed.
(1) is the latest error code.
The latest 16 error codes are displayed in reverse chronological order.
The screen is switched using the BACK button or TAG TRACK button.
The item which follows an error code expresses its media.
(The error which is not related to media is blank.)

DVD : DRIVE - DVD media (DVD-ROM)
About descriptions of the error codes, please refer to "[4] List of displayed error."
The result which judged normal/abnormalities of each device is displayed at the time of
power ON and initialization.

: The controller which controls a disc drive.
PHY CHIP
: The controller which controls the physical layer of Ethernet.
