key or the M.IN key again.
4-4-8. Transferring Memory Information to the VFO.
The following procedure transfers the contents of the
Memory Channel to the VFO without erasing the con-
tents of the memory channel.
2. Select the desired Memory Channel by using the
TUNING
knob.
3. Press the
MP V key. The contents of the Memory
Channel will be transferred to the VFO and opera-
tion changes to the VFO mode.
If you transfer the contents of one of the Split Fre-
quency Memory Channels to the VFO, the trans-
ceiver will automatically select the SPLIT mode.

nel, only the channel number is displayed; no trans-
fer is carried out.

The following procedure transfers the contents of one
