Remote control operation
In addition to the remote control of the receiver unit, the provided remote control unit can control
a KENWOOD
cassette tape deck, CD player, turntable, etc., connected via the KENWOOD system control cords.

The normal operating range may change depending
on temperature, humidity, and other environmental
conditions, but it is roughly specified as shown in the
figure.
Remove the cover.

e While gently pressing the cover located on the rear of
the remote control unit, slide it in the direction of the
arrow.

The batteries provided are to be used for checking the
remote control operations. Their service life may be short.

Close the cover.
Note:
1. If two or more
remote
contro! operation
keys are to be
pressed successively, press each key securely and leave an
interval of more than 1 second between presses.
Pressing a key immediately after pressing another key may
cause malfunction.
2. Malfunction may occur in case direct sunlight or the light of
a high-frequency lighting fluorescent lamp enters the remote
control light receptor. In such a case, change the installation
position of the unit so that the malfunction does not occur.
