7.9 Calculation of Critical Fall Height – EN1177 Method
For critical fall height (CFH) calculation as per EN1177 four drop tests must be
performed, changing the drop height to result in increasing HIC values. The first two
drop tests must result in HIC values below 1000 while the second two result in HIC
values greater than 1000. The drops are uploaded as described in section 7.2, and selected
by clicking on each of the four drops while holding the CTRL key.
From the Report drop down menu click Calculate Critical Height to view and print the
CFH graph
