Important instructions for safety and environment

This section contains safety instruc-
tions that will help protect from risk
of personal injury or property dama-
ge. Failure to follow these instructi-
ons shall void any warranty.

General safety

• This appliance can be used by
children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental ca-
pabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made
by children without supervision.
• Installation and repair procedu-
res must always be performed by
Authorized Service Agents. The
manufacturer shall not be held
responsible for damages arising
from procedures carried out by
unauthorized persons which may
also void the warranty. Before
installation, read the instructions
carefully.
• Do not operate the product if it is
defective or has any visible da-
mage.

knobs are switched off after
every use.
• If the hob's glass plate is broken:
Immediately switch off all the
burners and electrical heating
elements, and disconnect the
product from the power supply.
Do not touch the surface of the
appliance. Do not use the appli-
ance.

Safety when working with gas

• Any works on gas equipment
and systems may only be carried
out by authorised qualified per-
sons who are Gas Safe registe-
red.
• If you need to use your prod-
uct with a different type of gas,
you must consult the author-
ised service for the related
conversion procedure.
• Prior to the installation, ensure
that the local distribution conditi-
ons (nature of the gas and gas
pressure) and the adjustment of
the appliance are compatible.
• This appliance is not connected
to a combustion products or eva-
cuation device. It shall be instal-
led and connected in accordance
with current installation regulati-
