WARNINGS
1. Warn patient against chewing, speaking and playing when
thermometer is below the tongue of patient.
2. Need to let sick child to lie quietly and help him/her to hold
another end of the thermometer for rectal use in case it is
inserted too deep, or it slips from the anus.
3. Avoid having a bath, eating or smoking half an hour before
measuring body temperature.
4. Thermometer is not designed for special applications (e.g.,
thermometers for premature babies, ovulation thermome-
ters).
5. Always disinfect thermometer after use.
6. Do not bend or chew the tip of the thermometer.
7. Do not use thermometer with damaged external housing
(danger of injury).
8. The measuring fluid (a mixture of gallium, tin and indium,
hereinafter: "fluid") must not come into contact with pre-
cious or light metals as it reacts to them.
9. Care should be taken to avoid any potential risk or damage
during measuring.
10. Children aged 10 and under who need to use a thermom-
eter to measure their temperature can only use it with the
assistance of an adult.

11. Use of this thermometer is not intended as substitute for
visiting your doctor. Persistent fever, especially in children
must be treated by a health professional.
INTENDED USE
1. Intended purpose:
For measuring the temperature of human.
2. Expected operating environment:
Minimum measuring temperature range should be from
35.5°C to 42°C, and the environment temperature should
be from 20°C to 30°C; if the temperature for storage is less
than 20°C, please put the thermometer in the temperature
20°C to 30°C for at least 1-2 hours or 30°C to 35°C for ten
minutes before use or test.
3. Use method:
Notice for swing: hold the tail part (Holder) of the thermom-
eter by thumb and forefinger tightly and carefully, swing the
thermometer lightly several times until the liquid falls down
(Image 2).

4. Operation procedures:
a) The liquid column shall fall below the lowest numbered scale
mark before use, then clean and disinfect the thermometer
in medical alcohol or put on a sterilized plastic tube.
b) Be careful to put it below the tongue of patients, if measur-
ing oral position and tell them to close their mouth tightly.
c) For rectal use of thermometer apply some lubricator before
inserting it in the anus.
d) Be careful to put it below the armpit of patients, if measur-
ing armpit position and tell them to press the hand against
the chest.
e) Clean the glass thermometer after use.
Please keep the thermometer measuring for about
4 minutes before reading the number on the ther-
mometer scale.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
The thermometer has hermetically sealed hygienic glass housing
and can be disinfected without restrictions.
The temperature of disinfectants and cleaning agents shall
not exceed 42°C. Clean the glass thermometer with a medical
alcohol (such as 75% Ethanol Alcohol or 70% Isopropyl Alcohol)
before and after use. Disinfect the thermometer with a cotton pad
or cloth soaked in alcohol or immersed in a disinfectant solution
(immersion time must be in accordance with its manufacturer's
instructions).
