RELAY Circuit Board
(Time required: About 10 minutes)
16-1. Remove the lower case assembly.
(See procedure 1.)
16-2. Remove the four (4) screws marked [180M]. The
RELAY circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 12)

White and Black Keys
17-1. Remove the lower case assembly.
(See procedure 1.)
17-2. For the C0-B6 white/black keys, remove the four (4)
screws marked [120A] fixing the keys for each octave
(C through B), then remove these keys for one (1)
octave. (Fig. 12) At that time, push hooks on the
black keys to lift the rear part, then pull and slide the
keys toward you to remove it. (Photo 2)
First remove the two (2) screws marked [180N] to
remove the front support U before removing the C3-
B3 keys. (Fig. 12)
17-3. Remove the two (2) screws marked [120B] for the
A-1 to B-1 white/black keys and the one (1) screw
marked [120C] for the C7 key, then remove these
keys. (Fig. 12)

C0 〜 B6 鍵を外す場合、各オクターブ（C 〜 B）の
白鍵と黒鍵を止めている[120A]のネジ 4 本を外し
て、 1オクターブ分の白鍵／黒鍵を外します。 (図12)
このとき、 黒鍵のツメを押して後部を持ち上げてか
ら、手前にスライドさせて取り外して下さい。

また、C 3 から B 3 鍵を外す場合は、あらかじめ
[180N]のネジ2本を外して、 口棒補強金具Uを外し
ておきます。 （図 12）

A-1 〜 B-1 鍵の場合は[120B]のネジ 2 本、C7 鍵の場
合は[120C]のネジ1本を外して、 白鍵／黒鍵を外し
