DGX-305 DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
Caution: 1) Flat cable's contacts are visible from the back.
Pay attention not to insert and install the cable
to the connector inversely.(Photo.1)
2) Be sure to attach the removed filament tape
just as it was before removal.
1. Lower Case Assembly
(Time required: About 3 minutes)
1-1. Remove the battery cover assembly. (Fig. 1)
1-2. Remove the sixteen (16) screws marked [380A] and
the five (5) screws marked [390]. The lower case
assembly can then be removed. (Fig. 2)
*Make sure to tighten the screws marked [380A] first
when assembling.
2. Spring Terminal
A. Spring Terminal (+) and (-)
2-1. Remove the Lower case assembly. (See procedure 1)
2-2. Remove the battery harness soldered to the spring
terminal (+) and (-).(Fig. 2)
2-3. Remove the hooks (two at each place) and pull out
the spring terminal (+) and (-). (Fig. 3)(Fig. 4)
B. Spring Terminal
2-1. Remove the Lower case assembly. (See procedure 1)
2-2. Remove spring terminal hooks (two at each place)
and pull out the spring terminal. (Fig. 4).

（分解手順)
注意： 1）フラットケーブルの接点が裏面から透けて見え
ます。コネクタにケーブルの表、裏を逆に挿し
込まないように注意して取り付けてください。

2）一度剥がしたフィラメントテープは、取り外す
前と同じように、取り付けてください。
1. 下ケース Ass y
1-1 バッテリーカバー Ass y を外します。 (図 1)
1-2 [380A]のネジ 16 本と[390]のネジ 5 本を外して、下
ケース Ass y を外します。 (図 2)
※ 組み立て時は[A]のネジを最初に締めてください。

2. 接点バネ （＋） 、 （−） と接点バネの外し方
A. 接点バネ（＋）と（−）
2-1. 下ケース Ass y を外します。 (1 項参照)
2-2. 接点バネ（＋） 、接点バネ（−）に半田付けされて
いる BATTERY 線材を外します。 (図 2)
2-3. フック（各 2 箇所）を外し、接点バネ（＋） 、接点
バネ（−）を引き出します。 （図 3） （図 4）
B. 接点バネ
2-1. 下ケース Ass y を外します。 (1 項参照)
2-2. フック（各 2 箇所）を外し、接点バネを引き出しま
す。 （図 4）
