ALARMS
If the probe experiences a failure, A1 will appear on the
display and the regulation output and programming will
be disabled.
If the probe experiences a short circuit, A2 will appear
on the display and the regulation output and
programming will be disabled.
6.3 Coffee preparation
- Remove the filter holder from the delivery group.
- Fill the filter holder with ground coffee, press the
coffee down being careful to leave the edge of the filter
holder free of grounds.
- Replace the filter holder in its seat.
- Lower the group lever to begin delivery.

- Release the group lever, returning it to the rest
position, to stop delivery when the desired dose is
reached.
Warning: to avoid possible damage, the
group lever must always be returned to the
rest position by hand, as it is subjected to
water pressure and the force exerted by the
return spring.
6.4 Steam delivery
1) To avoid water being sucked back into the boiler,
release the steam using the tap handle.
2) Insert the steam spout into the container of liquid to
be heated.
3) Rotate the tap handle. The amount of steam
delivered is proportional to how much the tap is
opened: the more the tap is opened, the greater the
quantity of steam is delivered.
4) Once steam delivery is completed, close the tap,
remove the container of liquid and immediately clean
the spout with a damp cloth, to remove any residue of
the hot liquid and release a small amount of steam into
the discharge basin.
6.5 Dispensing hot water
1) Position the container for hot water under the
dispenser.
2) Open the tap to dispense the desired amount of
water.
3) When the desired amount of water has been
dispensed, close the tap.
6.6 Switching the machine OFF
1) Close the main water valve.
2) Set the main circuit breaker to pos. 0
3) Set the circuit breaker of the omnipolar switch to the
rest position (OFF).
7 - MAINTENANCE
To ensure the machine functions correctly, follow the
maintenance instructions indicated below:
7.1 Safety standards
Do not subject the machine to water spray.
Disconnect the machine from the electric power supply,
setting the lever of the omnipolar switch to the rest
position (OFF) before performing maintenance and/or
cleaning activities.
In the event of a machine malfunction, do not make any
attempt to repair the machine. Contact the technical
assistance service, immediately.
If the electric power cord is damaged, switch off the
machine immediately and contact the technical
assistance service.
