Verify tests 3b, 4e, 5,6, 7, 8, 16 of Table 5-16.
Adjust A8 R16, RI 7 for max output voltage > 5.1 V then
3
optimize settings for acceptabte pulse shape.
4
Readjust A6 R16 fiir a baseline shift a-40mV
(worst case: botb channels, norm and compl).
Set amplitude vernier CCW (i.e. 2V output). If a hook is
5
apparent on leading edge, adjust A4 R16, then A4 R17, for an
acceptable pulse shape. Repeat steps 3 and 4 and
compromise.
6
With max output voltage, and with transition time
verniers CW, compare the output amplitudes &I both channels
and for norm and compl. pulses) in the fastest transition time
range with those in any of the slower ranges If the pulse
amplitudes are not within 1OOmV of each other, increase the
smaller amplitude &ep 3 of this, or previous, table).

Set leading edge vernier CW. Rotate trailing edge vernier,
observing leading edge.
Readjust A5 R136 for a constant leading edge slope.
4
Set trailing edge vernier CW. Rotate leading edge vernier
observing trailing edge.
5
Increase rep rate until waveform is triangular (may
possibly be distorted). Verify that the amplitude decreases.
6
Readjust A5 R171, RI72 for a clean triangular wave
form.
7
Repeat steps 2 to 4.
Set both transition time verniers CW and adjust A5 R213
