Press [PROG/CHECK] or [RETURN]. (The television is shown.)
For your reference
Programs that failed to record are displayed gray. These
programs are deleted from the list at 4 a.m. the day after
tomorrow.
Releasing the unit from timer
standby
To release the unit from recording standby
If you want to record something else before the program start time,
for example:
Press [
, POWER].
The unit turns on and "
" goes out.
Be sure to press [
, POWER] before the program start time to put
the unit on timer recording standby. The program only works if "
is on.
To put the unit on timer recording standby
Press [
, POWER].
The unit turns off and "
" lights on the unit's display.
Note
"
" flashes when the unit couldn't go to timer recording standby
(e.g., a disc isn't loaded, a disc that can't be recorded to is loaded, or
the disc is protected). Check the disc carefully.
To stop recording while a program is working
Press [
, POWER], then [
5 seconds.
Recording stops. Recording standby is also canceled if there are
other timer recording programs, so be sure to press [
put the unit on timer recording standby.
