I purchased the SH-PN-7001BN SHOWER PANEL a week ago and I only get scolding hot water or freezing cold water. I purchased a new thermostatic cartridge and that didn't help. I have contacted a plumber and they have no suggestions. All the hoses are good and the water flows. I am at a loss now. I need to resolve this issue, as the panel is very expensive unit.

We are attempting to change the valve on our shower unit which for the most part appears to be the unit described in the manual for sh-pn- 7015 ch. Our unit does not however have a part 6-1 ( fix ring with holes to fit the special tool referred to as 7-2. In any event we are unable to remove the old valve even after continuing with the associated instructions. Any help on how to remove the stuck valve would be appreciated

To remove a stuck valve from a Kebo SH-PN-7015CH shower unit, follow these steps:
1. Turn Off Water Supply: Ensure the hot and cold water supplies are turned off before starting.
2. Access the Valve: Open the valve housing to access the thermostatic or volume control valve.
3. Inspect the Filter Washer: Inside the valve assembly, there is a filter washer that prevents dirt from entering the valve. If it is blocked, remove it carefully for cleaning.
4. Clean the Valve: If the valve is stuck due to debris or dirt, clean it thoroughly. You may use a soft brush and water to remove any blockages.
5. Gently Loosen the Valve: Use an appropriate tool (like a wrench) to gently loosen the valve. Avoid applying excessive force to prevent damage.
6. Remove and Replace if Necessary: Once loosened, remove the valve. If it is defective, it may need replacement.
If you encounter difficulties, it is recommended to consult a professional to avoid damage to the unit.
