Possible Cause
Faulty alternator
Faulty battery
Incorrect fan belt tension or belt broken
Excessive soot build up in (DPF)
Engine Control Unit (ECU) not functioning
properly
Excessive soot load in Diesel Particulate
Filter (DPF)
Possible Cause
Incorrect adjustment of clutch pedal free
play
Clutch disc lining worn or broken
Excessive clutch pedal free play
Clutch disc damaged
Possible Cause
Return spring damaged
Lack of lubrication in brake shaft linkage
parts
Damaged internal brake parts
Incorrect brake pedal free play
Brake disc lining worn or broken
Left/right pedal free play is different
Possible Cause
Lack of transmission / hydraulic oil
Air in the hydraulic suction pipe
Hydraulic filter clogged
Faulty hydraulic pump
Faulty control valve
Faulty hydraulic lift cylinder
Faulty hydraulic relief valve
Connecting part loosened
Oil seal damaged
Pipe cracked
Down speed control valve locked in closed
position
Repair or replace alternator as needed
Replace battery
Adjust belt tension or replace belt
Start regeneration of (DPF) system
