Switch Chassis LEDs
The ATTN, GPS, STS, and Sync, LEDs are located on the left side of the front of the switch. The port LEDs
appear as triangles pointing up or down to the nearest port.

Flashing blue
The operator has activated this LED to identify the piece of hardware where the LED is
located. This could be a chassis, line card, fabric card, fan tray, or power supply.
Off
This switch is not being identified.
Green
The switch is operational.
Amber
The switch is booting up.
Red
Upgrade in progress, do not remove.
Flashing red
RP/RSP: A major alarm exists.
Other: Unused.
Flashing amber
RP/RSP: A minor alarm exists.
Other: The device has failed.
Off
Board is not enabled.
Green
The GPS interface is provisioned and frequency, time of day and phase inputs are all
operating correctly.
Off
The GPS interface is not provisioned, or the GPS inputs are not working correctly.
