To access the water tank of the Bissell Revolution Pet and reattach the loose diaphragm:
1. Unplug the machine. 2. Remove both the clean and dirty water tanks. 3. Pick up the 2-in-1 water tank by the handle and ensure it is properly seated on the unit. 4. Check that both tank latches are securely latched. 5. If needed, open the tank to inspect the diaphragm area and remove any debris. 6. Reattach the diaphragm if it is loose, ensuring it moves freely. 7. Refill the tank with clean hot tap water if empty. 8. Reseat the tank securely on the unit.
Make sure the red float door is not stuck in the closed position.

Water may leak from the brush section when using the Bissell Revolution Pet stair attachment if the hose is ripped, disconnected, or not properly connected. Bubbling at the front hose connection area can also indicate a leak. These issues can cause water to escape from unintended areas like the brush section.
