INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE The frequency of inspection and maintenance will vary with the type of equipment or materials used or other factors (e.g. heavy use, levels of vandalism, coastal location, air pollution, age of equipment, ...). Replacement parts should conform to KBT specifications. Check the levels of the impact attenuating surfaces when they consist of loose filling materials. Routine visual inspection (weekly to monthly) - Always check that the bolts and nuts are securely fastened. -

ASSEMBLY STEPS Please see illustrations at the end of the manual for further assembly instructions. Assembly of spring: p. 22 - 25 1. Place I1 (11) element between first and second scroll of spring (H). Pay attention for correct positioning of the bracket (refer to point 5). 2. Place I1 (10) element between second and third scroll of spring. Tilt at an angle I1 (10) element and insert it into I1 (11) element. Push the whole until it’s blocked. Pay attention for correct positioning of the bracket (refer to point 5). 3. Place I2 (13) element between first and second scroll of spring. Pay attention for correct positioning of the bracket (refer to point 5). 4. Assemble from the bottom of spring elements I1 (12) and I2 (14). 5. Before proceeding to point 6, please check correct positioning of all brackets. Marks on all brackets should be located inside of the spring toward the closer end of the spring. -

INSPECTIE EN ONDERHOUD De frequentie van controle en onderhoud hangt af van het type artikel of het materiaal of andere factoren (vb. intensiteit van gebruik, vandalisme, ouderdom van het materiaal, omgeving, ...). Vervangonderdelen moeten voldoen aan de KBT specifi caties. Controleer altijd de laagdikte van los gestort materiaal van de val ondergrond Routinekeuring (wekelijks tot maandelijks) - Kijk na of alle bouten en moeren nog voldoende vastzitten. - Page 5 MONTAGESTAPPEN Voor verdere montage instructies zie einde handleiding. Montage veer: p. 22 - 25 1. Plaats het I1 (11) element tussen de eerste en tweede rol van de veer (H). Let op de juiste positionering van de beugel (zie punt 5). 2. Plaats het I1 (10) element tussen de tweede en derde veerrol. Kantel een hoek I1 (10) element en plaats het in het I1 (11) element. Duw het geheel totdat het geblokkeerd is. Let op de juiste positionering van de beugel (zie punt 5).

11. Attachez la plaque d’identification fournie au corps du jeu à ressort de manière à ce qu’elle soit clairement visible. CONTRÔLE ET ENTRETIEN La fréquence des inspections et entretiens dépend du matériel utilisé ou d’autres éléménts (utilisation intensive, niveau de vandalisme, situation littorale, pollution d’air, âge de l’équipement…). Pièces de rechange doivent être conformes aux spécifi cations KBT. Vérifi er les niveaux de la surface amortissante, quand ils sont constitués de matières en vrac. Inspection visuelle de routine (hebdomadaire ou mensuelle) - Toujours s’assurer que les boulons et les écrous soient bien serrés. - Vérifier que la surface amortissante soit libre. - Vérifier qu’ils n’y aient des pièces manquantes. - Page 7 ÉTAPPES DE MONTAGE Pour plus d’instructions du montage, veuillez regarder la fin de la notice. Montage du ressort: p. 22 - 25 1. Placez l’élément I1 (11) entre le premier et le deuxième rouleau du ressort (H). Faites attention au positionnement correct du support (reportez-vous au point 5). 2. Placez l’élément I1 (10) entre les deuxième et troisième spirales du ressort. Inclinez l’angle I1 (10) et insérez-le dans l’élément I1 (11).

INSPEKTION UND WARTUNG Die Frequenz der Kontrolle und Unterhalt hängt ab von dem Typ Artikel oder das Material oder andere Faktoren (z.B. Intensität des Gebrauchs, Vandalismus, Alter des Materials, Umwelt). Ersatzteile sollten den KBT-Spezifikationen entsprechen. Überprüfen Sie die Ebenen der Aufpralldämfungs- flächen, wenn sie aus losen Füllmaterialien bestehen. Routinekontrolle (wöchentlich bis monatlich) - Kontrollieren Sie ob alle Bolzen und Muttern noch fest genug sitzen. - Page 9 MONTAGESCHRITTE Für weitere Montageanleitungen, siehe hinten in der Anleitung. Montage Feder: p. 22 - 25 1. Platziere Sie Element I1 (11) zwischen ersten und zweiten Spirale der Feder (H). Achten Sie auf die korrekte Positionie- rung der Halterung (siehe Punkt 5). 2. Platziere Sie Element I1 (10) zwischen der zweiten und dritten Spirale der Feder. Kippen Sie das Element I1 (10) um einen Winkel und fügen Sie es in das Element I1 (11) ein.

La seguridad estará asegurada en conse- cuencia. 11. Pegue la etiqueta de identificación suministrada al cuerpo de la figura en una posición claramente visible. INSPECCIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO La frecuencia de inspecciones y mantenimiento dependerá del tipo de equipo o materiales utilizados y de otros factores (por ejemplo, uso muy frecuente, grado de vandalismo, ubicación en la costa, contaminación del aire, antigüedad del equipo, ...). Las piezas de recambio deben ser conformes con las especificaciones marcadas por KBT. Compruebe los niveles de las superficies de amortiguación de impacto cuando se observe pérdida de material de relleno. Inspección visual rutinaria (semanalmente o mensualmente) - Asegúrese siempre de que los pernos y las tuercas están bien fijados. - Verifique que no existen obstáculos en el área de seguridad del producto. - Compruebe que no faltan piezas. - Verifique que el espacio alrededor del equipamiento esté libre de objetos. Inspección operacional (1 a 3 meses) - Verifique la estabilidad de la construcción. -

PASOS DE MONTAJE Para más información sobre el montaje, véanse las imágenes al final del manual. Montaje del muelle: p. 22 - 25 1. Coloque el elemento I1 (11) entre el primer y segundo espiral del muelle (H). Ponga atención al correcto posicionamien- to de la abrazadera (véase punto 5) 2. Coloque el elemento I1 (10) entre el segundo y el tercer espiral del muelle. Incline el elemento I1 (10) e insértelo en el elemento I1 (11) . -

La frequenza delle ispezioni e della manutenzione dipende del materiale utilizzato per l’attrezzatura o di altri fattori (p.e. uso intensivo, livello di vandalismo, ubicazione litorale, inquinamento atmosferico, età dell’at- trezzatura,…). Le parti di ricambio devono essere conformi alle specifiche stabilite da KBT. Controllare i livelli delle superfici ammortizzanti quando si osserva la perdita di materiale di riempimento. Ispezione visuale di routine (settimanale o mensile) - Sempre assicurarsi che i bulloni e dadi siano bene serrati. -

OPERAZIONI DI MONTAGGIO Per ulteriori istruzioni vedere l’ultima pagina. Montaggio della molla: p. 22 - 25 1. Posizionare l’elemento I1 (11) tra la prima e la seconda spirale della molla (H). Prestare attenzione al corretto posizio- namento del morsetto (vedere punto 5). 2. Posizionare l’elemento I1 (10) tra la seconda e la terza spirale della molla. Inclinare l’elemento I1 (10) e inserirlo nell’e- lemento I1 (11). Spingi tutto finché non viene bloccato. Prestare attenzione al corretto posizionamento del morsetto (vedere punto 5) 3. -

10. Regularne sprawdzanie produktu, jest gwarancją bezpieczeństwa. W przypadku wymiany lub zapotrzebo- wania na więcej produktów należy skontaktować się z dostawcą. 11. Przyklej dołączoną etykietę identyfikacyjną na górną część bujaka w dobrze widocznym miejscu. KONTROLA I KONSERWACJA Częstotliwość kontroli i konserwacji zależy od rodzaju artykułu, użytych materiałów bądź innych czynników (np. dużego obciążenia, umyślnego zniszczenia, wilgotności powietrza, zanieczyszczenia powietrza, wieku wyposażenia itp.). Części zamienne powinny być zgodne ze specyfikacją KBT. Należy sprawdzać stan nawierzchni amortyzującej upadek, a w szczególności poziom sypkich materiałów wypełniających. Rutynowa kontrola (raz na tydzień lub raz na miesiąc) - Zawsze należy sprawdzać, czy śruby i nakrętki są mocno dokręcone. - Na podłożu amortyzującym pod produktem nie powinny znajdować się żadne przedmioty. - Należy sprawdzać, czy nie brakuje żadnych elementów. - Należy sprawdzić czy na podłożu nie znajdują się niebezpieczne przedmioty. Kontrola robocza (raz na 1 do 3 miesięcy) - Należy sprawdzać stabilność konstrukcji. - Należy sprawdzić zużycie każdej części i w razie potrzeby wymienić na nową. Kontrola roczna (1 lub 2 razy do roku) - Należy sprawdzać elementy konstrukcji pod kątem obecności rdzy i korozji. - Page 15 MONTAŻ KROK PO KROKU W celu dokonania montażu prosimy spojrzeć na ilustracje znajdujące się na kolejnych stronach. Montaż sprężyny: p. 22 - 25 1. Wsunąć element I1 (11) pomiędzy pierwszy i drugi zwój sprężyny (H). Należy zwrócić uwagę na właściwe ustawienie elementu (patrz punkt 5). 2. Wsunąć element I1 (10) pomiędzy drugi i trzeci zwój sprężyny. Przechylając pod kątem element I1 (10) wsunąć go w element I1 (11). Całość dosunąć do momentu zablokowania. Należy zwrócić uwagę na właściwe ustawienie elementu (patrz punkt 5). 3. Wsunąć element I2 (13) pomiędzy pierwszy i drugi zwój sprężyny. Należy zwrócić uwagę na właściwe ustawienie ele- mentu (patrz punkt 5). 4. Założyć od spodu sprężyny elementy I1 (12) i I2 (14). 5. Przed przejściem do punktu 6, sprawdzić poprawne ustawienie wszystkich elementów wsporników. Znaczniki na wszystkich elementach wsporników powinny znajdować się wewnątrz sprężyny w kierunku bliższego jej końca. Na rysunku nr 5 pokazano prawidłowe ustawienie wspornika i przykłady jego niewłaściwego pozycjonowania.
