Using the timer
If you set the timer incorrectly
Repeat the procedure from step §j.
Checking the timers
Press [CLOCK/TIMER, ~DEMO] to select "© PLAY" (or
"® REC"),
The contents of the timer selected will be displayed in the following
order,
Play timer:
Start time-+ Finish time— Source— Volume
Record timer:
Start time— Finish time— Broadcast station you select
You can check the settings even when the system is OFF.
To enjoy a source after the timer setting is completed
You can enjoy the desired source atter the timer setting is completed.
The volume level and music source are stored in the timer memory
and the timer will start in these preset conditions.
¢|f the power is on, the timer will not function. The system must be in
the standby mode.

Press [SLEEP].
Each time you press the button, the display will change as follows:
SLEEP 30-SLEEP 60->SLEEP 90

SLEEP OFF«-__——. SLEEP 120
To cancel the sleep timer:
Press [SLEEP] to select "SLEEP OFF".
To confirm the remaining time of the sleep timer:
(While steep timer is functioning:)
Press [SLEEP}.
The remaining time will be displayed for 5 seconds.
To change the timer setting while sleep timer is func-
tioning:
1. Press [SLEEP].
The remaining time will be displayed for 5 seconds.
2. Press [SLEEP] again to select the desired sleep timer.
You can use the sleep timer, play timer, and record timer together.
Be aware that the sleep timer always has precedence. Ensure the
times do not overlap.
