@ How to Use the ENHANCER
The ENHANCER
control allows you to compensate blurred
pictures to obtain a sharper image (to emphasize the edges or
details of the picture).
<Preparations>
Perform the operations in ''Before operating' steps [1] — [2] on page 10 to play
back the VCR-1 deck used for playback.
Image enhancement:

[1] Press the ENHANCER button,
[2] Slide the ENHANCER control toward MAX (top) to emphasize the edges of the
picture. During editing, it is recommended to set to a slightly weaker position
to obtain a clearer picture. Set to the MIN

enhancement effect.

<Preparations>
Perform the operations in 'Before operating' steps [1] — [8] on page 10 to play
back the VCR-1 deck used for playback.
To generate the colour bar chart:
i Set the BACK COLOR knob to the COLOR
BAR position.
[2] Slide the VIDEO FADER control downward.
