TROUBLESHOOTING
TROUBLE CONNECTING EARPHONES TO THE M&D
CONNECT APP
1. Ensure the earphones are connected in your phone's Bluetooth menu
prior to using in the app.
2. Close and reopen M&D Connect.
3. Update M&D Connect to the latest version in the app store.
4. Update your phone to the latest OS.
5. Disconnect from any other devices that the earphones are connected
to via multipoint.
BATTERY LEVEL INDICATORS ON CHARGING CASE
ARE NOT LIGHTING UP
Make sure your case is charged. To charge the case, plug one end of the
USB-C cable into the back of the case and plug the other end into a power
source. Try using a diffrerent power adapter or charging cable if issues
persist.
Make sure the earphones are properly placed inside the charging case.
"L" represents placement for the left earphone and "R" for the right
earphone.
Make sure the charging pads on the earphones and charging pins in the
case are clean, and that there is no other debris in the case. Use a damp
Q-tip or damp cloth to lightly rub the charging pads and pins.
NOTE: If the charging case battery is depleted, the indicator lights will not
light up to show your battery level status when earphones are inserted
even if the earphones still have battery life.
