OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

In the picture below you will find an explanation of the different (touch) buttons and displays.

9. Fill your reservoir with water between the MIN and MAX marks on the device.
The water level will continue to rise after filling when you put the products to be
heated (vacuumed) in the reservoir. This may cause the level to rise above the MAX,
and the machine will not start or switch off.
Hot water evaporates quickly, so that the water level can reach MIN and will
automatically switch off. You can largely prevent evaporation by using sous-vide
insulation balls and/or a lid for the reservoir.

to start preheating to the set temperature.
The LED on the front of the stick will blink red during preheating.
As soon as the set temperature is reached the stick will beep and the LED will turn orange.
Tip: use warm water to speed up the preheating.

again to start the programme. The LED will now turn green.
The display will alternate between the actual temperature and the timer.
By pressing the same button again, you can pause the timer (and again to stop the entire
programme).
