MIN & MAX WATER LEVEL
On the side of the appliance that you put in the water, you will find a MIN and MAX mark. It is
important that the water level remains between these marks during the sous-vide cooking process.
Always fill the water level to the MAX level after placing the products in the bath. This ensures
whisper-quiet operation.
A sensor will detect if the water is below MIN or above MAX and automatically switch off to prevent
damage to the device.
Never place a hot appliance in cold water!
This may lead to damage that is not covered by the guarantee.
Please note that the water level will:
➢ Rise when you put products in the water. So never fill all the way to MAX level before putting the
vacuum bags in the water.
➢ Lower due to evaporation of the water (unless you apply insulation balls) or removal of products
from the water.
