REMOVING THE MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the four screws 1 through 4.
2. Disconnect the lead connector from Motor Switch.

3.1
BATTERY VOLTAGE
Many customers often determine that the set is faulty
when
malfunctioning as they are not aware of used-up
battery. Before operation, therefore, make certain that
the battery voltage is higher than 6.75 V.
3.2
BATTERY POLARITY
In loading the battery, particular care should be taken in
its polarity as wrong placing may damage transistors and
motor.
3.3 CLEANING THE HEADS
The head slit contaminated with tape chips and powder,
rubber, dust, or dirt leads to insufficient sound volume
and tone deterioration. Wipe such contaminants off the
slit using soft cloth moistened
with alcohol
or carbon
tetrachloride.
