make sure that no "." Is used, as part of the folder's name or else all the files in the folder will be omitted.

Problem downloading .WMA files to my Nike PSA200 player.
The problem could be due to one of the following reasons:
The file name of your .WMA file may comprise of non-English or special characters. Such characters are not
supported by the player. Please rename your file and try again.
On ripping of songs from a music CD to .WMA file with MUSICMATCH, the security option in the Digital Rights
Management setting may have not been set to allow downloading to Portable Device. On MUSICMATCH
Jukebox go to Options
downloading to Portable Device. Try ripping the song again and download -to the player.

I have no files stored in my Nike PSA200 player, how come the free memory is less than 256MB
respectively?
Since the player itself is utilizing some of the memory, there will never be exactly 256MB available in the device.

After the player is connected to PC and recognized as a removable drive, can I do scandisk or
defragmentation to the player by right-clicking the mouse into the corresponding menus?
Not advisable. These actions may cause failure when you re-connect to your computer again. You are not supposed to
do any other action except transferring files to the player.

Can my EQ settings in the Custom mode be saved after removal of battery?
Yes. The EQ settings will be saved except if you remove the battery during playback.

When I connect my Nike PSA200 to the computer, can I directly select the files inside the player and play
the songs through my computer?
Yes. The songs inside the Nike PSA player can be played back directly through the computer.

I have experienced some track skipping on my PSA200 player, the song titles come up for a few seconds
and then without playing, it just skips to another song. What could be the problem?
MP3 files downloaded from the internet, or ripped from CDs with ripping software other than MUSICMATCH may
have been created with a header or tag that contains a large amount of data such as long song titles, artist name, album
name, Genre etc. As a result, the player may not be able to recognize these files as mp3 file and therefore skip these files
without playing.
To solve this problem, open MUSICMATCH and edit the tag of the file concerned and download it again onto the
player.
If the mp3 file is "Read Only" in properties, change the properties before you edit the target mp3 file via
MUSICMATCH.
To edit tag in MUSICMATCH.
1.
In the MUSIC CENTER click Add Files, the Add Tracks to Music Library dialogue box appears.

Browse for and locate the "skipped" song, and then click Add and then Exit.

In the My Library windows, right click on the song file. Select Edit Track Tag(s)
MUSICMATCH mp3 file.
4.
Drag the song file into Nike PSA icon under Attached to download the song to the player.
