Troubleshooting

7.1. Synchronisation of displays
It is normal for there to be discrepancy between the
display on the device and on the thermometer. It is
possible to synchronise the two displays.
This setting can only be made if your device is set to
between 17 and 23 °C. All doors and windows must
be closed.
Wait for the temperature in the room to stabilise (at
least 6 h) and try to avoid a situation where people
keep entering or leaving the room.

Overload protector

For your safety, the heating device is equipped with
an overload protector. If the air circulation is inter-
rupted (e.g. due to the air grille being covered or
closed), the device switches off automatically.
In this case, the power supply to the heating device
should be disconnected for a few minutes (switch off
the fuse) to allow the device to cool down sufficiently.
Before recommissioning the device, resolve the rea-
sons for the overload protector being triggered.

Clean the outside of the device using a soft, damp
cloth. Do not use scouring powder or furniture polish
as this may damage the surface.
