Compression Damping
CB1100NA
You can adjust the compression damping by
the adjuster to suit the load or the road
surface.
Turn the adjuster until the numbers align with
the punch mark.
Turn the position 2 to 4 for a increase
compression damping (hard). The standard
position is 1.

Adjusting the Rear Suspension

NOTICE
Do not turn the adjuster beyond its limits.
Adjust both left and right shock absorbers to the
same compression damping.
NOTICE
The rear shock absorber damper unit contains
high pressure nitrogen gas. Do not attempt to
disassemble, service, or improperly dispose of
the damper. See your dealer.
