    CIE-H10G provides the functionality of remotely monitoring sensors such as temperature, humidity, and pressure, as well as controlling power supplies remotely. CIE-H10G detects ON/OFF by receiving digital output from sensors and controls output ports through remote requests. It supports Modbus/TCP, HTTP, and macro functions for input/output control.

    6 Serial-Ethernet Conversion 6.1 TCP Server In this mode, CIE-H10G functions as a TCP server. You can use this mode when the remote host is a TCP client. CIE-H10G listens to a TCP connection from remote host. Once a host tries to connect to CIE-H10G and the module responses that request.

    CIE-H10G User Manual Ver. 1.0 6.2 TCP Client In this mode, CIE-H10G functions as a TCP client. You can use this mode when the remote host is a TCP server. CIE-H10G sends request segments to a remote host with [Peer Address] and [Peer Port]. Once a host is listening and works correctly, the connection will be established.

    The maximum length is 8 bytes of Alphabet or number.  When you want to revoke all of these restrictions, operate CIE-H10G as ISP mode. In the mode, all restrictions are removable and communication with ezManager is revoked.

    8.2.2 Valid Time CIE-H10G recognizes a signal on its input port as a valid signal only if it is maintained for the duration of the Valid Time. If the signal on the input port is not maintained for the time set in this item, it will be ignored. The unit is 1ms.

    CIE-H10G User Manual Ver. 1.0 8.2.4 Master function for configuring Internet switches CIE-H10G provides master functionality for configuring an Internet switch. An Internet switch is a configuration method that connects devices to devices via Modbus/TCP, transmitting digital inputs to digital outputs. In this configuration, one side must be set as a master and the other as a slave.

    8.3 Serial-Ethernet Conversion 8.3.1 Sending MAC Address [Sending MAC Address] is a function that CIE-H10G sends its MAC address to the remote host right after the connection is established. By using this function, a server can identify multiple devices with the information.

    CIE-H10G User Manual Ver. 1.0 8.3.3 Disable TCP Transmission Delay The TCP Transmission delay function is a feature that delays TCP segment transmission for about 40ms for congestion control. This option determines whether the TCP transmission delay function is enabled or not. Enabling this option allows TCP segments to be transmitted quickly without delay.

    This is the item to set the delimiter to distinguish the frame of serial received data. CIE-H10G generates TCP segments (or UDP packets) based on the separated frame unit and sends them to TCP (or UDP). The size of one frame cannot exceed 512 bytes.
