H Simultaneously sleep and timer
operation
1 Prepare timer playback. (See page 31.)
Notes:
@ The source set in the sleep mode must be the same as that of
the timer mode.

To record radio programmes:
® Recording starts automaticaily at the desired time.

To set the desired volume level, use the VOLUME
control before
setting the timer.
To confirm the timer time setting:
Press the DISPLAY
button.
To cancel timer operation:
Press the POWER button.
@ The "TIMER?" indicator will go out.
lM Sleep operation

1 Play back the desired sound source.
2 Press the SLEEP button.
@ The sleep time is automatically set to 60 minutes.
(After approximately 5 seconds, the display will return to the orig-
inal state.)
To change the sleep timer:
3 The unit turns off automatically after the preset sleep time.
To contirm the sleep time setting:
Press the SLEEP

To stop the sleep operation:
Press the POWER button.
(The "SLEEP" indicator will go out.)
