™ To edit tracks dividing them to side A
and side B automatically
(Auto editing
function)
To use tapes effectively, tracks on a CD are automatically rearranged
between side A and side B to best utilize the length of the tape.
When the desired tracks are selected in programme selection, the
tracks stored in memory are automatically divided between side A
and side B.
1 Press the CD button and load the CD to be recorded.
2 Load a cassette into the TAPE 2 cassette compartment.

Rewind the tape onto the left-side reel.
4 Set the REVERSE MODE switch to >.
5 Press the REC PAUSE (@11) button.
6 Press the TAPE LENGTH button to select the tape length.
When using tapes other than C-46, C-60 or C-90
Press the APSS mI or APSS Kd button to adjust the time (minute
by minute).
@ "C10" to "C99" can be set.
It is also possible to use the track number input buttons on the remote
control to set the tape length.
(Press each button within 3 seconds after the previous one has |
been pressed.)
7 Press the AUTO
EDIT button.

8 Press the DIRECT PLAY button on the CD.
To cancel auto editing function:
Before recording, press the STOP (™) button on the CD.
To stop recording:
Press the li button on the tape.
