Adjustment
Level 2.
• DHCS-2800: The two blade
bolts nearest blade tip, and
fourth bolt from the tip are
adjustable.
• DHCS-3400: The two blade
bolts nearest blade tip, as well
as the fourth and sixth bolts
from the tip are adjustable.
ONLY blade bolts indicated should be adjusted. All other bolts should
be tightened snugly.
1. Loosen blade locknuts (D)
1/2 turn.
2. Tighten blade bolts (E)
until snug.
3. Loosen blade bolts 1/2
turn.
Note: When bolt adjustment
is correct, there
should be a gap of
0.25 -0.50 mm
between the cutter blades and the flat washers, and the flat
washer beneath each bolt head should turn freely.
