7. At the bottom of the IV pole, remove the connector nut from the top of the corner lock.
The Carriage Bolt on the opposite side of the crib post can remain in place.
8. Position the bottom bracket support (15) as shown and refasten the connector nut to
the carriage bolt.
*At this step, it may be necessary to slide the top plastic bracket and connector down with
the IV pole assembly so the lower bracket support lines up with the hole in the corner lock.

9. Return to the top plastic bracket and connector and tighten both screws in the
connector nuts. Reinstall the side rail on the crib.
*Do not overtighten the bracket/connector or the plastic may break prematurely as a
result.
Check the inside tube assembly to be sure it raises and lowers freely when release pin is
pulled back and should lock in several positions when released.
