Next, fi nd a clean fl at surface to lay out the vinyl top cover and slide the 4 curtain rods into
the appropriate pockets in the cover.
Be sure the short end curtain rods are resting on top of the longer side curtain rods for
support when it is lifted up to be put it on the crib.
Put the top cover carefully on the crib over the plastic connectors in all 4 corners.
Insert the ring cotter pin into the plastic connector as shown
to the left. It may be helpful to insert it at a slightly upwards
angle so the ring can clear the edge of the connector.
Push the pin through both holes. The ring and the bent end of
the pin will go up and over the connector. The ring and bent
end help to create the "lock" that will prevent the pin from
being pulled out or falling out.
Note- if the connector breaks and the pin needs to be
removed, it will be necessary to use pliers to remove it.
Assembly is complete.
