Introduction

The appliance complies with the highest safety standards. Nevertheless, as all electric appliances, the
Sous Vide Stick PROFESSIONAL must be operated with care.
For this reason, we ask you to read and follow the instructions carefully. They contain the information required
for a safe use. Therefore:
Persons who have not read and understood the instructions should not use the Sous Vide Stick
PROFESSIONAL. Make sure that all persons who use the appliance have had proper instruction. These
instructions should always be available for referral and should be passed on if the appliance changes
