Replace the backup battery cover by sliding it into place from left
to right until the latch clicks.

Replace the battery compartment cover.

Confirm if the unit turns on correctly. If it doesn't power on, return
to the installation procedure and check whether the batteries are
installed properly.
Replacing the Main Batteries
1.
Turn off the unit.
2.
With the display cover closed, place the unit with its bottom panel
facing up. Sliding and removing the battery compartment cover
reveals the battery compartment.
3.
Slide the battery protect switch to "Replace Main".
