Use the device only as described in this user manual. Any other use or use under other operating conditions is considered to be improper and may result in personal injury or property damage. - Page 8 Safety instructions DANGER! This effect increases with higher operating temperature. -

Installation and starting up Installation and starting up Unpack and check carefully there is no transportation damage before using the unit. Keep the equipment packaging. To fully protect the product against vibration, dust and moisture during transportation or storage use the original packaging or your own packaging material suitable for transport or storage, respectively. - Page 11 Installation and starting up NOTICE! Risk of overheating and fire due to inadequate distance and bad ventilation! If the distance between the light source and the illuminated surface is too short or the device is badly ventilated, the device can overheat and cause fires. Make sure that illuminated surfaces are more than 2 m away.
- Page 12 Installation and starting up Connect the device via a suitable RJ45 data cable (Cat) with the Pixel Rail Drive 640 MKII. A maximum of four pixel strips may be connected in series to each serial interface of the con‐ troller, thus a maximum of 16 pixels Rail 40 RGB MKII per controller. Please note that this device must not be connected to a dimmer.
