Loading indicator
Normally shows the re-
maining time of the
tape, using 9 indicators.
In tape loading or ejec-
tion operations, shows
that the tape is being
loaded, is being ejected,
or has been ejected
(empty).

Rewind indicator
The pe indicator lights
steadily while fast for-
warding a tape, and
blinks while fast forwar-
ding during search.
The <1 indicator lights
steadily while rewinding
a tape, and blinks while
rewinding during search.
( Fader switch
When this switch is set
to ON, the FAD indicator
illuminates and the Tape
remaining
indicator
is
changed
to the
Fader
display. Pressing the
Volume Up switch in-
creases the volume level
of the rear speakers, and
pressing the Volume
Down switch increases
the volume
level of the
front speakers.
