[DAT]: Eject switch
Press to eject the
cassette tape.

Switch the tuner
power ON and OFF.
[DAT]: Long-play tape playing
time indicator
The indicator LEDs illuminate from
the top to the bottom, with each LED
representing 1 hour of tape playing
time. Adding this time to the time
displayed by the playing time
display, up to 4 hours 59 minutes
and 59 seconds of playing time can

Indicates the

The LED to the side of the selected

[DAT]: Flat switch
When this switch is pressed, the
Bass and Treble effects are im-
mediately returned to flat
characteristics.
[TUNER]: Memory switch
-Used to program a desired station
into the memory presets. When
this switch is pressed, this ac-
tivates. the memory position
! which. is displayed by blinking
LED's embedded in the presets.
At this point you can program any
of the presets for your desired sta-
tion by pressing a Preset station
switch.

One switch can
memorize one
of each FM1,
FM2, FM3 and
AM.
Tape (OC) indicator
This indicator lights to
indicate that a tape has
been inserted.
When a commercially-
available prerecorded
tape is inserted, the
SOFT indicator also
lights.
Reset button
When the installation and
all the wirings are finish-
ed, press this button.
Not usually used.
However, when the
microprocessor (micro-
computer) malfunctions,
press this button using a
sharp-pointed object
(such as a pencil).
When this button is
pressed, the unit is reset
to its initial state.
Therefore, all the
memories and clock are
erased and need to be ad-
justed.
