Playing back a Tape
Notes:
• SCL901/L906/L907 featurea monauralaudio system.If yourTV or VCR featuresa stereoaudio system,connectthe audio
cableto input"L" of your TV or VCR.
• Youcan use an S-VIDEOcable to obtain betterqualityof picturesifyou have a S-VIDEOconnectoron yourTV.
• Whileplaying backon a TV screen,closethe LCD panel.Otherwise,picturedistortionmay occur.

Usethe TV/VIDEObuttonto select VIDEOon yourTV.
Connectpowersource (batteryor AC PowerAdapter)to the camcorder.
Setthe powerswitchto PLAYERmode.
Inserta tape you want to see.
• Makesure thatSTOP is displayed.
Pressthe I_11(PLAY/STILL) b utton.
• The pictureyou recordedappears on theTV after2 to 3 seconds.
• Press• (STOP)to stop playing.
• If thetape reachesits end duringplayback,thetape will rewindautomatically.
Notes:
Vibrationfrom the built-inspeakercan causepicturedistortion.
It is bestto turn the built-inspeakeroffwhen yourcamcorderis connectedto the -IV.
The system(Hi8/8mm)is selectedautomatically, d ependingon the tapeformat.
This camcarderdoes not supportLPrecordingand playback.
